The ISC9901 is one of Indigo's line of large format standard ROICs. Compatible with P-on-N detectors such as InSb, QWIP, InGaAs, and MCT, this large format 640 x 512 array is a small brother to our ISC9803 device, with a smaller pixel pitch of 20 microns. It offers most of the same set of advanced features such as windowing, image transposition, adjustable gain, snapshot integration (integrate-then-read only), interlaced/non-interlaced readout, power adjustment, as well as multiple output channels allowing date rates of up to 97 frames/sec for full frame operation and 930 frames/sec for small window sizes.
