The ISC9803 is the first in Indigo's line of standard large format ROICs. Compatible with P-on-N detectors such as InSb, QWIP, InGaAs, and MCT, this 640 x 512 array is the big brother to our ISC9705 device. It offers the same set of advanced features such as windowing, image transpostion, adjustable gain, snapshot integration, interlaced/non-interlaced readout, power adjustment, as well as multiple output channels allowing date rates of up to 107 frames/sec for full frame operation and 14,160 frames/sec for small window sizes.
