The standard 512 x 1 Linear ROIC is implemented as a pair of die with 256 channels each, this device can be configured as a 128 x 1, 256 x 1 or 512 x 1 array. Designed for infrared detectors, the ISC9802 is ideal for applications such as wavelength division multiplexing and web process monitoring. On chip signal processing such as an auto-zero input circuit and offset skimming, selectable integration capacitor range, selectable gain, integrate-while-read and integrate-then-read options as well as a high-speed analog outputs are a few of the advanced features of Indigo’s Standard 512 x 1 Linear Array.
