The ISC9717 is an off-the-shelf, low-noise 128-channel readout integrated circuit for flat panel X-ray detector systems or industrial instrumentation applications. The ISC9717 uses a flexible, fully programmable, multistage pipelined architecture to achieve a state-of-the-art ROIC suitable for numerous X-ray medical imaging applications from high resolution (12bit) radiography in single frame mode to fluoroscopy (9 to 11bit) with up to 30 frames per second.
