The ISC9705 was the first off-the-shelf, standard multiplexer introduced by Indigo. Since its introduction in October 1997, detector manufacturers across the globe have purchased the ISC9705 for building infrared focal plane arrays. This high-performance, 320 x 256 pixel, readout integrated circuit is built using a submicron complementary metal-oxide-silicon (CMOS) process, built in 5-inch wafer form. Devices are delivered to customers in wafer form with an extensive set of user documentation included with each delivery.
