The ISC0404 is a new large-format ROIC with 18 micron pixel pitch. Designed for use with P-on-N InSb, InGaAs, and HCT detectors, this large-format 1024 x 1024 array offers the same advanced feature set as all of our standard designs, including: windowing, image transposition, adjustable gain, snapshot integration integrate-then-read and integrate-while-read modes, interlaced/non-interlaced readout, power adjustment, as well as multiple output channels allowing data rates of up to 120 frames/sec for full frame operation and 2054 frames/sec for small window sizes. The charge capacity is >10 e6 electrons and the bias adjustment is 600mV.
