The ISC0403 is a new large format ROIC with a 15 micron pixel pitch. Designed for use with P-on-N InSb detectors, this large format 640 x 512 array offers the same advanced feature set as all our standard designs; including windowing, image transposition, adjustable gain, snapshot integration integrate-then-read and integrate-while-read modes, interlaced/non-interlaced readout, power adjustment, as well as multiple output channels allowing data rates of up to 120 frames/sec for full frame operation and 2054 frames/sec for small window sizes. The charge capacity is >6.5 e6 electrons and the bias adjustment is 600mV.
