Core by Indigo currently offers indium antimonide (InSb) and indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) staring focal plane arrays (FPAs) in mid and large format, including 320 x 256, 640 x 512 and 1K x 1K pixel arrays. These off-the-shelf infrared FPAs (MWIR and NIR), are built as hybrid assemblies using Core by Indigo's readout integrated circuit (ROIC) technology and detector fabrication capabilities. Sold as components, FPAs can be mounted on 84-pin leadless chip carriers, customer supplied substrates, or integrated detector dewar cooler/sensor assemblies.
